All meals and morsels come packaged, labelled and ready to heat with an instruction sheet on which dishes compliment each other perfectly and reheating instructions. All dishes are made from scratch with the finest ingredients and frozen on the day prepared to ensure optimum freshness and safe travels.

Moroccan lamb tagine – Southlands own Leelands lamb simmered slowly until tender in a deliciously flavoursome sauce of aromatic authentic spices, tomatoes, kumara, chickpeas, dried fruits, almonds & lemon. Pork and fennel meatballs – the finest ground pork, aromatic fennel and sweet shallot meatballs are simmered in a delicious Italian tomato sauce loaded with rich tomatoes and vegetables –600g serves 2 adults DF
Carvery ham, chive and Cheddar Pasta bake – A big hit with the kiddies big and small. A rich three cheese sauce, ham off the bone and fresh chives smother pasta and finished with buttery breadcrumbs. Seriously comfort food for the whole family – 850g serves 2 adults or up to 4 small children.
Southern Monk fish and leek pie – the freshest local delicate monkfish is smothered in a decadent and creamy sauce of sauteed leek, baby spinach, tender carrots & capers. Green Goddess salad – Peas, beans, fresh herbs, almonds and lemons make this salad an absolute show stopper and a hot favourite. Perfect served with Monk fish pie and best eaten within 2 days of delivery

For Regular Meal Packages: Delivery days are Wednesday and Friday via courier. Orders must be placed at least 72 hours prior to requested delivery date.
DIVINE dark chocolate celebration cake: I do prefer not to courier this cake as it needs care during transportation. Pick up or delivery options in Invercargill only.

DIVINE dark chocolate celebration cake: This cake must be kept in a cool dark spot until presented (this is due to the chocolate sweating and the praline dissolving. It then can be kept in the fridge. If you are lucky enough to have cake left over it does freeze well for up to 3 months
