We had spent 5 nights in a house that Jo served breakfast every morning and some group dinners. Maybe one thing about her that impressed us all was her working attitude. At all the time she would try to provide a better services at guest’s request. Being alone, she had prepared 10 person dinner in good quality with local fresh produce. When she is around, she is everywhere yet nowhere, quietly completing her task:) We thoroughly enjoyed her presence and warm personality.
