Southern grazed beef and red kumara are slow cooked in complex toasted spices, coconut, lemongrass, lime leaves and tamarind to create this flavour bomb of a curry. GF/DF
Free farmed pork hocks are cooked for 4 hours until falling from the bone and then combined with fresh vegetables, aromatic fennel, thyme and tart apples. This is incased in a rich butter flaky pastry to create a flavour bomb of a pie.

Baby gourmet potatoes are cooked until tender then smashed with rosemary, garlic and Dijon. Ready to bake until golden and crispy GF /DF
Nourishing and delicious, earthy field and button mushrooms are sauteed in butter with spicy chorizo to create a delicious risotto base. Italian aborio rice is then cooked into this the authentic way. Finished with fresh spinach, parmesan and a good dollop of divine goodness. GF
