A Divine Dish is extremely excited to be once again cooking and serving up the DIVINE goodness at the Wet Jacket Wines, 1 Bendemeer lane, Lake Hayes from Tuesday 9th February 2021 through until mid April for their summer sessions. I did this last year and absolutely loved every minute of it. Working outside in the Central Otago sunshine after years in the kitchen was bliss!
We will be there 7 days a week, 11:30am – 6:30pm and ready to serve you the most delicious plates and morsels created from scratch with the finest of ingredients.
Come and unwind in the lush beanbags while sipping on sensational wine and grazing on divine food in the most relaxed spot in the basin!
There will be a few small changes.
This year I am working from a catering truck which is going to be next level fabulous for set up and service. I will also have the opportunity to provide private evening dining at times in the stunning cellar door. If you would like to bring a group of friends for a memorable evening with exclusive intimate dining in February or March, get in touch and we can chat!
I will still be running the delivery service with a simple menu for the 8 weeks which will be created and sent from Queenstown this year. If you are calling past and would love something for dinner in the days following, do call in as I will have the stock onsite and can send you away with a parcel of Divine goodness and a bottle of amazing wine!
I am sorry but I will not be able to take catering in the Invercargill area for those 8 weeks due to my workload.
The above picture is a Divine Gurnard Escabeche – loaded with Mediterranean flavours of garlic, citrus, chilli, spices, pinenuts and currants. This is a cooked and marinated fish served on buttery brushetta and I am sure this little number will be a hot seller from the Divine tent!
